Frank and Sons Autobody is operating in accordance with the essential service mandate from Governor Inslee. We are open and fully staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and continuing to schedule vehicle repairs, as needed.

Our amazing staff is ready to assist you and meet all your needs. We have taken additional precautions with our teams to ensure a safe environment that will allow us to continue to provide excellent service and come up with a personalized plan for your vehicle repairs.

In efforts to help contain the further spread of COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking necessary steps to help our guest stay safe and healthy, including:

• 24 hours access to our vehicle drop box and key lockout
• Complimentary vehicle pick-up and drop off within city limits
• Daily communication via phone, email, or text
• Accepting payments over the phone
• Providing mobile estimates via email
• Using disinfecting products to clean vehicle door handles, steering wheels and keys before, during, and after repairs

We are also ensuring maximum effectiveness for our employees to maintain a safe working environment and following best practices on CDC guidelines, including:

• Wearing personal protective equipment
• Eliminating handshaking and using non-contact methods or greeting and communication
• Maintaining effective social distancing when possible
• Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water
• Using disinfecting products to keep touchpoints clean in workspaces, vehicles, equipment, and shared office areas
