Frank and Sons Auto Body was founded by Frank Bailey In 1960. Frank believed in building trust and a loyal customer following by simply doing what was right. His goal was unmatched quality and fairness, and in doing just that he built a reputation that has lasted for three generations.

Ken Bailey (Frank's oldest son) stepped in to run the day-to-day operations after Frank was badly injured in an accident in 1989. He continued the legacy of repairing vehicles with the highest quality craftsmanship and integrity, while always putting the customer first. For another 30 years, Frank and Sons Auto Body continued to grow with the Tri-Cities, while never forgetting its roots in fair practices and quality repairs.

Fast forward: In 2017, Sean Markussen (Ken’s son-in-law) came on board as a technician and in March of 2019 was able to purchase the business and continue the tradition of unmatched quality repairs and customer service that was started so long ago. Today, we are making large leaps into the future through facility improvements, equipment upgrades, and advanced training for our technicians. As vehicle technology rapidly advances, so will we. Tri-Cities has grown exponentially in the past couple of decades, giving us the opportunity to expand into additional locations to ensure that we can serve our loyal and future customers well into the future.
